Zachary James Hayes

Zachary James Hayes, of Crowley, Texas, passed away on August 19, 2026, at the age of 23. He was born on September 29, 2002, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Zachary will be remembered for the joy he found in the things he loved most. He enjoyed skateboarding, music, football, basketball, and video games. Those interests brought energy and connection to his life and will remain part of the memories held by those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother and father, Jennifer Scott and Randall Hayes; his brothers, Jake Hayes and his wife, Hailey Wilkins, and Cody Hayes and his wife, Anna Young; his grandmothers and grandfathers, Sonia and Tony Scott, and Kim and Andy Hayes; his uncles, Tony Scott and Cole Hayes; his aunt and uncle, Melissa and Brandon Reynolds; his aunt Becky Travers; his aunt and uncle, Tara and Aric Burns; his nephew, Carter Presley; and his cousins, Haley Wadlington, Andrew Perez, Makayla Tijerina, Noah Tijerina, and Grace Scott; numerous cousins and extended family and friends. He was deeply loved by his family, and his memory will remain close to their hearts.

Zachary was preceded in death by his great grandmothers, Carolyn Sisk, Edith Vansickle; his great grandfather, Clifford Sisk and PR Scott; grandparents, Jim Hayes and Shirley Parker; and his uncles, Jeremey Hayes, Jeremey Sisk, Randy Hayes, Thomas Sisk, and Junior Sisk.

Visitation will be held on August 31, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Skyvue Funeral Home, 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Road, Mansfield, Texas 76063. A funeral service will follow from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Skyvue Funeral Home.
