Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents, Vincent and Mildred Schafer, Dorothy Velasco.
He is survived by his son, Bentley Williams; mother, Kim Williams; father, Frank Velasco; sisters, Nichole Bertsch and Chyanne Wilkerson; nephews, Nathaniel and Ayden Bertsch.
