Wendy Deionne Woods

November 30, 1966 — October 19, 2023

Dallas, Texas

Wendy Deionne Woods Youngest of 6 born to Donald Charles Woods and Peggy Joe Curry Woods who are both deceased. Wendy was a mother to not only her four but many young men and women. She was the little sister to her five older siblings but a big sister to a select group of other great women. She was a poet and a bible scholar. Wendy was a foodie and her steak had “better be well done”. Everyone she spoke to had to respect her Native American heritage or else! Wendy was a dog lover, and her youngest child was also her dog Franklin Timon Woods. She was also very independent, and career driven which allowed her to achieve her level 4 License in Security. She loved to sing, Whitney Houston would have been in trouble had she pursued a career in music.

All that she encountered/met she LOVED to the best of her ability. Wendy was absolutely “Dee Dee”. She was a soldier (physically impaired or not). She was a motorcycle enthusiast who developed a love for them because of her brother Eric. She loved to swim with family but wasn't the best swimmer. Scouting out FFE rigs came from her mother Peggy and Father Donald who drove for the company for a number of years. She was very outspoken and was an overprotective mother who was there come hell or high water. She was the designated driver.

Wendy was devoted to Yahweh and understood herself and her relationship with the Lord that nobody truly understood. She is Truly a soldier (physically impaired or not) in the army of the LORD. May her name be found in the Lamb’s Book of Life and her soul magnify the name of GOD continually in Jesus' name, AMEN. She leaves her love to cherish her memories to her four surviving siblings: Pam, Ricky, Tracy & Donna, and the torch to her four children: PeJae, Rahvin, Syreniti & Taia, and four grandchildren: Aleq, Xander, Jaelyn & Ezra, and nine other honorary grandkids.
