Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Darrell and Doris Wallace.
He is survived by his daughter, Jesseca Garcia and husband Daniel; brother, Richard Wallace; sisters, Teresa R. Scott Smith, Dawn M. Scott Acree; grandchildren, Kinsley and Kairi Garcia; significant other, Candy Lane; numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
