Deanna Elizabeth Waggaman, went to be with the Lord on her 83rd birthday, April 26, 2021.
She was born in Salina Kansas to her mother, Mildred Josephine Ellis Sandstrom and father, Robert Wesley Ellis on April 26, 1938. As Deanna grew into her adulthood, she had a love for music and taught music and was an organist and pianist herself for many different churches. Her love for music did not stop there. She had a masters in music from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. When she was not playing the piano, Deanna loved to travel in her spare time.
Deanna is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Josephine Ellis Sandstrom; father, Robert Wesley Ellis; husband, Lewis Waggaman; son, Michael Grantham.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather and husband Dwight Hines; son, Brian Grantham; sister, Patricia Perry; brothers, Robert and wife Susan Ellis, John and wife Barbara Ellis; grandchildren, Sarah and husband Ryan Johnle, Joshua Wheat, Rachel and husband Justin Dunn, Jennifer and husband Joshua Miranda; great-grandchildren Meadow Johnle, Crew Johnle, Abbigale and Emma Miranda, Zoey and Xaley Tarango; and many more loved family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
