Tyrone Miller

September 12, 1983 — March 30, 2026

Tyrone was known for his beautiful smile, the kind that could light up a room before he even said a word. And if you saw that smile, you already knew something funny (or slightly inappropriate) was about to follow. He had a way of making people feel good, even if it was at their own expense.

He also had a love for music and a voice to match, a true songbird. Tyrone loved to sing, and when he did, you couldn’t help but stop and listen. Whether he was joking around or really feeling the moment, his voice was something special—smooth, soulful, and unforgettable.

A die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Tyrone stood ten toes down for his team no matter what. Every season was “their year,” every game was “just a bad call,” and every loss came with a full breakdown that somehow made perfect sense… to him. (It was never Dak’s fault)

Now let’s be honest—Tyrone also loved to eat. Not just eat…but, eat eat. He didn’t believe in small portions. Leftovers were just “later meals”. If you had food, he was already on the way. Whether it was a family gathering or a quick stop somewhere, or his favorite steak house, Tyrone made sure no plate and no joke was ever left untouched.

He was his mom & sisters’ protector, always watching over them, standing up for them, and loving them deeply in a way only a brother/son like Tyrone could. No matter what, they knew they were safe, supported, and loved because of him.

More than anything, he loved his nephews. They were his world, his pride, and his built-in best friends. He showed up for them with laughter, love, and just enough mischief to make life fun. To them, he wasn’t just Uncle Tyrone—he was a legend.

He leaves behind a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles who will miss his jokes, his energy, his smile, his voice, and the love and protection he gave so freely. We will miss him and Dad affectionally greeting each other “How you doing Bill”. The small things that mean so much. Life won’t sound the same without his laughter echoing through it.

We find comfort knowing that where Tyrone is now, he’s smiling that same big smile, cracking jokes, singing his heart out, finding the best food around, and reminding everyone, “This is the Cowboy’s year.”

Rest easy, Tyrone. Save us a plate—and don’t eat all the good stuff before we get there.

Special thanks and acknowledgements.

We would like to thank his special friend Taylor and Cousin Monique for your unwavering support when Tyrone needed you the most. Ya’ll never skipped a beat. We are grateful for all the prayers and support that carried us through our toughest time. We appreciate every phone call, text, and kind gesture.
