Tommy was a successful businessman for over 50 years, started Kirby Concrete then in the early 20’s successful establish Ratech Construction Inc. He owned and operated Ratech Construction Inc.. The Company was known for its quality and dependability. He had many long-time employees who worked by his side for over 20 years.

Tommy was the one everyone depended on, his entire family, his employees, his friends, and his church. If anyone had any problem, he was the one they called. His loving and generous heart was ready to help and serve however he was needed. His personality lit up a room. He was the laughing fun guy who everyone wanted to be around. He loved to meet people, and he never knew a stranger.

He had many interests, but from his early years, we all remember the days of his dirt track racing. Saturday nights at Cowtown Speedway, we enjoyed his daredevil driving skills. He loved Nascar and had a suite at the Texas Motor Speedway for his clients and family members. He loved to play golf and was found most days playing a few holes. He loved music of all kinds and kept hundreds of songs on his phone. He learned to play guitar and had a good singing voice. He and Judy loved to Snow Ski, Travel, go to Concerts, and they enjoyed many adventures and memorable times together. Judy was always ready to pack and go whenever he had a fun idea.

Anyone who knew Tommy, knew he loved the Lord Jesus Christ. He asked everyone “If they know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior” and made sure they knew The Lord. He studied the Scriptures with Scholars and loved the Word of God. He gave generously to Ministers and Missions. He often said he wanted to just see Jesus. We are thankful for the end to his suffering from Parkinsons and that he is in the arms of Jesus now. He will be in our hearts until we see him again and enjoy his loving Spirit throughout eternity.
