Melvin Eugene Thorn passed early Saturday morning, November 19, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 70.
Melvin was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on December 20, 1951, to Floyd LeRoy Thorn and Donna June Miller. He enjoyed racing, scrapping junk metal, collecting change, watching old westerns, wheel of fortune and football.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother and his sister.
Melvin is survived by his daughters, Jessica Jeans and husband Spencer, Jacquelyn Thorn and partner Ashley Lorenzo; son, Justin Thorn and partner Charla Cummings; sister, Sandra and husband Richard along with numerous other siblings; grandchildren, Ethan, Landon J., Blake and Landon; niece, Paula Bradley; nephews, Cody and Eric; other family, Susan, Kenneth, Shirley. Linda B. and numerous other family and friends.
