Peggie Jo Stamps (Waldrip)

Peggie Jo Waldrip Stamps of North Richland Hills, Texas, went to be with her Lord on February 13, 2023, at the age of 85. Peggie was born September 7, 1937, in Ranger, Texas to Edward Hood Waldrip and Mary Ezelle Dozier Waldrip. She later moved to Watauga, Texas before residing in North Richland Hills. She believed in her Lord and was a member of Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God in Denton, Texas. Peggie retired from Fast Tax as an Accounts Receivable Clerk after working several years for General Dynamics. She really enjoyed playing Bingo, beautiful flowers, but most of all she loved watching her great grandchildren play.

Peggie is preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Bobbie, Billie and Bethany.

Those who are left to cherish her memory and continue her legacy are her sons, Craig Allen Stamps of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Scott Wendell Stamps and his wife Lissa of North Richland Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Justin Stamps and his wife Breana of Sanger, Texas, Destiny Beard and her husband Thomas of Fayetteville, North Carolina; great-grandchildren, Erika, Cory, Erik, Aubrey, Ava, Wesly, Jackson, Elliana; niece, Gail Wintle; nephew, Mark Watson.
