Funeral Service: 2pm Thursday October 21, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Willow is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Ronald Shelly, Diana Jones, Jackson Rowell, Jessie Rowell and uncle, Tanner Spears.
She is survived by her loving mother and father, Caelie Spears, Jay Whitney; maternal grandparents, Ricky and Vickie Spears, paternal grandparents, Ian and Rachel Shelly; great-grandparents, Larry and Kay Spears, Robert and Karen Countryman; aunts, Persiphane Infante, Preslie Spears; uncles, Matthew Spears, Tucker Spears; many more loved great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
