Oscar Gene “Jinx” Sloan was born on October 21, 1940 in Denton, Texas and departed this life to be with his Lord Jesus on November 29, 2017.
Memorial Service:2 :00 pm Saturday, December 16, at Webb Baptist Church, 6600 New York Ave., Arlington, TX. with visitation following.
He was a member of Webb Baptist Church, was self-employed, a military veteran and member of Webb Masonic Lodge #1454,

Proceeded in death by his parents. Oscar and Polly Sloan and son, Lesley “Les” Sloan.
Survived by his loving wife of 58 years and 4 months, Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Sloan; sons, Michael Sloan and wife Darla, Stephen Sloan and wife, Jennifer; brothers, Bob Sloan and wife, Patti, Bill Sloan and wife, Virginia: grandchildren, Alaina, Brandy, Danielle, Nathan, Elizabeth, Brogan,
Madigan, Seren and great grandchildren that he loved very much.
