Marlene K. Skarin passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 in Burleson, Texas at the age of 83.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00pm Friday, September 3, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Marlene was born on June 1, 1938 to Esther Rahm Ament and Alfred Ament in Cherokee, Iowa.
She loved to paint, teach line dancing and attend outdoor events. Marlene was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Marlene is preceded in death by her husband, Terry Skarin; parents, Alfred and Esther Ament.
She is survived by her daughter, Tara L. Wallace; son, Scott E. Skarin; sister, Jonell Hogsett; grandchildren, Kevin Wallace, Kyle Wallace; great-grandchildren, William and Adeline; nephew, Loren Hogsett; family friends, Kevin Wilson, Jan Cline.
