Sandra Kay Craig

Sandra Kay Craig of Burleson, Texas was called home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 82.

Sandra was born January 26, 1944, in Benton, Arkansas to Oliver S. Fooks and Bebe B. Vandergrift. She graduated from Benton High School in Benton, Arkansas. Sandra married Roger E. Craig June 17, 1967, in Arlington, Texas. She worked as a Lab and X-Ray Technician for over 30 years at various locations including Family Healthcare Associates in Arlington, Texas. She attended The Heights Baptist Church in Burleson, Texas. Sandy had a love of traveling to see the mountains and wildlife in the West, She was always up for an adventure.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Bebe; two younger brothers, Phillip Fooks and Daniel Fooks.

Those left to cherish her memory and continue her legacy are her loving husband of 58 years, Roger Craig; daughters, Shana Craig Wasson and husband Brent, Lana Craig Forman and husband Wesley; grandchildren, C.J. Woods and Kelsey Brown; great-grandchildren, William, Oliver, Nathaniel Woods, Krue and Luxe Brown; nieces, Laurie Fooks, Janine Petrisko, Katy Park and Sheri Fooks; nephews, Phillip Fooks Jr. and Matthew Fooks; special friends, Teri Prothero, Nancy Buesking, Debbie Auywnshine, Jan Gailey, Betty Gibbs, Nancy Cooper and many more over the years.
