Service: 10am Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Bertin was a hard working man who owned his own roofing business. In his free time, he enjoyed playing the guitar and going to horse races.
He is survived by his daughters, Johana Rubio Kersey (Timothy Kersey), Melina Rubio Cintron (Christopher Cintron), Maria Inez Rubio, Magaly Landeros; sons, Rigo Palacios (Valery Ortiz Palacios), Felipe Rubio, Bertin Rubio Jr., Felix Rubio, Fernando Landeros; parents, Jose Rubio, Maria Inez Hernandez; sisters, Letecia Rubio, Juana Rubio, Aracely Rubio, Lucy Rubio, Laura Rubio, Bannessa Rubio, Maira Rubio, Maria Rubio; brothers, Jose Alberto Rubio, Alejandro Rubio, Armando Jose Rubio, David Rubio, Jose Reyes; grandchildren, Zoe Palacios, Nova Riley Cintron, Luna Sky Palacios; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
