Royester Armstrong

Royester Armstrong, a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Tech for many years, passed away on November 24, 2023 at the age of 65. He was born on August 26, 1958, in Gilmer, Texas to his mother Lucille Jeffery. Roy was a beloved son and brother, having sisters who will meet him at heaven's gate named Nellie Jenkins, Geraldine Ramsey, and Climmie Bolton.

Roy received his education at Southwest High School and went on to pursue a career in lawn maintenance. He possessed an extraordinary work ethic and took great pride in his profession. Roy's dedication to his craft was evident in the meticulous care he gave to every lawn he worked on.

Outside of work, Roy cherished the company of his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his surviving sisters Verda Rose and Luerine Jeffery, brothers Wilbert and wife Tish Jeffery, Clarence Jeffery as well as his loving nieces, nephews, and extended family. Roy's warm and compassionate nature endeared him to all who knew him.

Despite his quiet demeanor, Roy had a keen sense of humor that would often catch people off guard. He had an infectious laugh that had the ability to brighten up any room he entered. Roy will be remembered for his kind heart, genuine friendship, and unwavering loyalty.

In his free time, Roy found solace in nature which made his remarkable skill a fitting career for him in lawn maintenace. His green thumb was not limited to work alone; it extended into every aspect of his life.

Roy Armstrong's legacy is one of hard work, dedication, and kindness. His commitment to providing exceptional lawn maintenance services will be remembered by the countless customers he served over the years. The impact he made on those around him will never be forgotten.
