Richard Arlen "Rocky" Ross Jr.

Richard “Rocky” Arlen Ross Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 2, 2022, in the comfort of his own home. Rocky was born on August 10, 1955, in Fort Worth, Texas to Richard A. Ross Sr. and Alva Jane Allday Head. He married Terrie J. Byrd Ross on January 21, 1984, in Arlington, Texas.

Celebration of Life: 10:00 am Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Skyvue Funeral Home.

Rocky started his career in painting in 1973 and continued to do so throughout his life. He really enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing pool, boating and spending time at the lake.

Rocky is preceded in death by his daughter, Suni D. Ross; mother, Alva Head; his grandparents, Roy and Dessie Allday.

He is survived by his wife, Terrie Byrd Ross; daughter, Chanci J. Levine and husband Nathan; sons, Buck A. Ross and his wife Stephanie, Geoffrey Byrd III and his wife April; sister, Parthenia Addington; brothers, Everett "Rusty" Larry Head and Ky Bishop; grandchildren, Deja, Natalie, Serai, Mila, Jackson, Tiger, Amira, Chloe along with numerous other loving family and friends.
