Rebecca Louise Reddick

November 19, 1951 — February 6, 2021

On Saturday, February 6th 2021 at 2:41am, Rebecca Louise Reddick, a loving wife and mother of three wonderful children, and grandmother to 4 grandchildren, went home to be the with the Lord.

Rebecca was born to George and Addie Van Horn on November 19th of 1951 in Pontiac, MI. She received her Bachelor's in Music and Religious Education from Detroit Bible College before moving to Wichita Kansas to find her true love, Michael Reddick. She married Michael on February 16th of 1980, they were only a few days shy of celebrating their 41 year anniversary. After having their first child, they moved their lives to Arlington, TX where they raised three amazing children together. She was a dedicated mother who prided herself on homeschooling her children throughout their entire education. Rebecca loved reading Christian Novels, crocheting and knitting with her daughter, and listening to hymns. She also loved spending quality time with her four grandchildren. She was a member of Pleasantview Baptist Church and a homemaker. Rebecca was a loving woman, who always wanted to help anyone who had a need, and was one of the kindest people you would ever meet.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; by her two sons and two daughters in-law: Samuel (Heather), Nathanael (Marie); and by her precious daughter, Ruth; her four grandchildren: Luke, Natalie, Lana, and Selena; her brothers David and Philip and her sister Phyllis. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Visitation Service will be held at Skyvue Funeral Home on Thursday, February 11th from 6pm to 8pm.
Memorial Service to be held at Pleasantview Baptist Church on Saturday, February 13th at 2pm.
