Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents, David and Bonita Plum.
He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Plum; sons, Anthony Needler, Jed Stanphill and fiancé Lindsey Gray, Eddy Stanphill and wife Gina; grandchildren, Ray Stanphill and wife Julia, Macy Stanphill, Charlotte Stanphill, Logan Gray, Gavin Gray; and his service dog, Sophie.
