Pedro Haros, born October 8, 1943, in San Pascual, Mexico, peacefully passed away on May 3, 2026, in Laredo, Texas. He leaves behind a legacy of love, family devotion, and joyous memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.
Pedro’s journey through life was marked by a deep love for dance, a passion that brought light and happiness not only to his own life but also to the lives of family and friends gathered around him. His spirited step and joyful rhythm were reflections of a soul that celebrated life with every beat.
Born to Anastacio Haros and Maria Hernandez, Pedro was blessed with a large and loving family. Though his father Anastacio and mother Maria have passed on, as well as brothers Rafael and Bernardo, sister Esperanza, and grandson Daniel Haros, the cherished bonds forged in family endure.
Pedro is survived by his sons, Pedro Haros and wife Lupe, Jesus Haros and wife Jessica Deceaño, Bernardo Haros, and Luis Antonio Haros. His devoted siblings remain with us: sisters Socorro Haros, Martha Haros, Dolores Haros, Veneranda Haros, and Elena Haros; and brothers Juan Haros, Alfredo Haros, Fernando Haros, and Salvador Haros. The joy of his life extended through his grandchildren Mayra Haros, Jessie Haros, Casandra Haros, Jimmy Haros, Sandra Haros, Luis Antonio Haros Jr., Eva Haros, and Timothee Haros. His great-grandchildren—Jayce Hunter Haros, McKinzey Haros, Brooklyn Burrow, Daniel Michael Trujillo, Juan Thomas Trujillo, Eleanor Trujillo, Elena Preciado Perez, Rosalina Monica Perez, and Camila Aryanna Haros—carry forward his spirit and warmth. The family circle also warmly includes 58 nieces and nephews who remember him with fondness.
A visitation to honor Pedro’s memory will be held on May 11, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield, TX, located at 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd. On May 12, 2026, the funeral service will commence at 2:00 PM, followed by burial at Skyvue Memorial Gardens at 3:15 PM, both in Mansfield.
Pedro Haros's life was a testament to the enduring power of family love and the joy that comes from embracing one's passions. His laughter, his love for dancing, and his generous heart have left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know him. As we say goodbye, we hold tightly to the memories he gifted us—dancing forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
