Funeral: 11am Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Skyvue funeral Home with visitation to start at 10 am
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Patsy was preceded in death buy her parents, Patrick and Lucille Tubbs Smith, sister, Lucille Evelyn Gomer and brother, Robert Wesley Smith .
Survivors: Husband, Harrold Alan Kirk; daughters, Patti Lynn Conley and husband Billy, Karen Sue McCurdy and husband David, Catherine Diane Stout and husband Bill; grandchildren, Krystal Howard, Leeza Howard, Bryan McCurdy, Jon McCurdy, Cody Stout and Sidney Stout; great grandchildren, Kara, Leah and Corrie McCurdy.
