Memorial service: 2 pm Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Skyvue funeral home.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm and Lola Parker.
Survivors: Ex wife and Best friend, Sonya Parker; daughters, Brandy Bailey and Heather Parker; grandchildren, Talon Parker, Brody Bailey, Declan Shanahan and Jameson Shanahan.
