William was born on November 10, 1952 to William and Vergie Musil in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William F. Musil and Vergie Louise Musil; sister, Glenda Darlene Martin.
William is survived by his daughter, Ashely; son, Shaun Spain; sister, Deborah Jean Jones (Jimmy Ray Gilpin); nieces, Tammi Fair, Kim Martin; nephews, Randy Fair, Jeff Fair and Dylan Marvin; numerous other extended family members, friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.
