Dana Alva Motsenbocker, 63, went passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021.
Visitation Service: 6-8pm on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Graveside Service: 11am on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Dana was born on October 28, 1958, in Amarillo, Texas to his mother Nell Wood Motsenbocker and father, Jesse Motsenbocker. As he grew into adulthood he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas and ended up finding his love Deanna Boggs. She became a Motsenbocker on October 14, 1983, in Arlington, Texas. He graduated from Arlington High School and went on to further his education at the University of Texas at Arlington. Dana retired from the Red Cross as a transport driver in his later years. In his spare time he enjoyed being a member of the Model T Ford Club of America, Model T Ford Club International as well as the Cowtown T Club of Fort Woth, Texas. The family would like to acknowledge the John Peter Smith Hospital nurses and doctors who cared for Dana during this critical time. In lieu of flowers the Motsenbocker family would like donations to be made to the Special Olympics or Smile Train.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Nell and Jesse Motsenbocker.
Dana is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Deanna Boggs Motsenbocker; sister, Jessica Motsenbocker and special friends Richard and Dianna Metz and Don Rogstad and many more loved family and friends.
