FOREST HILL -- George W. Moon Jr., 76, passed away suddenly on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015.
Memorial visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield.
George and his wife, Beverly Moon, passed away together during a tragic accident early Sunday morning.
George was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Don Moon; brother, Joe Moon; and former wife, Alice Faye Moon.
Survivors: Sons, Willie Capps and Donny McKinney; daughter, Teresa Moon Mead; stepdaughters, Crystal Petherbridge, Debra Wilkerson and Sylvia Dodd; sisters, Opal Delores Lane and Donna Jean Moon; grandchildren, Roy Mead, Juanita Mead, Jerry Moon Jr., Sterling, Cloe, Robbie and Steven; nieces, Carrie and Charla; nephews, George and Greg; along with numerous other loving family and friends.
