Milton Albin

Milton Nathaniel Albin, 91, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Grandview.

Milton was born April 27, 1935, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Warren D. Albin and Alma Lee Albin. He was the 6th child of 7 siblings; he was next to the youngest. In his early years he lived in many places: Monticello, Arkansas; Ogden, Utah; and made his way back to Arlington, Texas, where he got a job at Texas Electric in 1952 and worked there for 40 years and met Shirley June Patterson, and got married June 14, 1957.

Milton loved being outside gardening and working in the yard. Milton was a long-time member of Northside Baptist Church in North Arlington and after moving to South Arlington was a member of First Baptist Mansfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley June Patterson Albin of 50 years; sisters, Jeannie Wells, Mildred Parker, Martha Jo Parker; brothers, Richard Lee Albin, Don Albin, Warren D. Albin Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Ronnie Albin and wife Dedra, Steve Albin and wife Sandra; grandchildren, Krisha Katigan, Brandon Albin and wife Lore, Brady Albin and wife Nikki, Casey Morris and wife Morgan, Toby Morris and wife Lauren, Cheyenne Tidwell and husband Tristan, Amanda Amacker, Clint Margolis and wife Claudia; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; ex daughter-in-law, Angie Holcomb; and numerous other family members and friends.
