Melinda Lemons Welch

Melinda Lemons Welch, born on November 13, 1973, in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on March 10,2026. She was the beloved daughter of Herman and Linda Lemons, and she brought joy and warmth to all who knew.

Melinda was survived by her sons, Wesley Welch his wife Whitney, and Kevin Burgess and his wife Renee. She cherished every moment spent with them, especially cherished her grandchildren, Paiton Welch, Beckett Welch, Maizie Burgess, Kale White, and Averie White. Linda’s legacy be carried in the hearts of her family, with whom she shared countless memories and laughter. Melinda also is remembered by her brothers, Gene Mooney and Curtis Mooney, who will always hold dear memories of their sister.

Melinda was preceded in death by her son P.J. who she is now reunited with once more in a peaceful embrace.

Her kindness and love for her family and friends will be missed by all.
