Mary Celia Murphy Ramey

Mary Celia Murphy Ramey, affectionately known as KiKi, passed away on April 20, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. Born on April 11, 1949, in England, Mary touched the lives of many with her warm spirit and infectious laughter.

Mary was a person who never met a stranger; wherever she went, she made friends with ease. Her quirky sense of humor and vibrant personality brought joy to those fortunate enough to know her. She had a passion for the imaginative worlds of science fiction movies, found solace and excitement in music, enjoyed dancing, and treasured the times spent with her family.

Her loving nature was evident in the way she embraced life and those around her. Mary is lovingly remembered by her daughter Teresa Ortiz and son-in-law Robert, her son David Martin, and her cherished grandchildren Christopher, Samuel, Brandie and her husband Mike, Tristian, Lexi, and Chase. Her warmth extended to great-granddaughter Ellie, who brought her much happiness.

Mary’s companion and partner, Gerald Vogel, predeceased her, leaving behind memories of a shared bond and meaningful companionship.

Mary Celia Murphy Ramey’s legacy is one of laughter, kindness, and companionship. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return.
