Martin Alan Nowell

Martin Alan Nowell passed away on August 28, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma. He was born on December 26, 1963, in Lubbock, Texas. He will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who carry his memory forward.

Martin is survived by his brothers, Ronnie Nowell and his wife, Debbie, and Ernest Ray Niowell and his wife, Sharon. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Kirk Nowell, Jason Nowell, Mollie Shellnut, Jeremy Nowell, Cason Nowell, and Christina Nowell, numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Their shared remembrance reflects the lasting place Martin held within his family, and his memory will remain an enduring part of their lives.

Martin will be remembered for working on racing cars, spending time at the drag strip and always working on racing cars with his friends.

Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Esrest Nowell and Faye Flanagan Nowell.

A memorial service to honor Martin’s life will be held on September 17, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Skyvue Funeral Home, 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, Texas 76063.
