Gary Dean Martin

Gary Dean Martin was born in Snyder Texas on July 9, 1946. He was the third born to Elmer and Allie Martin. Grew up in Midland, Graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1964. Gary was a Navy veteran, went on to a 34-year career at IBM. After Gary retired, he and Stephanie moved to Corpus Christi. While in Corpus Gary and Stephanie volunteered with the Master Gardeners Association for nearly 20 years. Afterwards they then moved back to the Burleson area, where he spent the remainder of his life.
Gary passed away on February 19, 2021. He was survived by his wife Stephanie Martin, his daughter Amanda Martin, son Jacob and Cindy martin, grandchildren Jonathan Martin, Abigail Upchurch, Wyatt Higginbotham, Devin Martin, great-grandchildren Brantley Upchurch, and Alesana Upchurch. He was also survived by his siblings Carla Crow with her children Marcia Evens and Scott Trotter, Randy and Anita Martin and their children Christopher Martin and Jennie Martin
