Sue Marlow, 71, of Cresson, Texas, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021.
Memorial Service: TBD at Godley Western Fellowship, Godley, Texas.
Sue was born on October 8, 1949 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois to Donald DeMent and Dorothy Price DeMent.
On May 6, 1972 she married Michael Marlow in Mt. Vernon. They later relocated to Texas, where Sue worked 20 years for H-E-B until she retired.
She was a member at Godley Western Fellowship Church in Godley, Texas. She loved to read and anything to do with her grandkids. Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Dorothy DeMent; daughter, Shannon Marlow; brother, Bill DeMent; nephew, Mike DeMent; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Logan and Cleo Marlow; brother-in-law, Logan Hall; sister-in-law, Carolyn Marlow.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Marlow; daughters, Stacy Marlow, Courtney Clark (Kris Clark); sister, Janice Dusharme (Jim); grandchildren, Tyler Marlow, Troy Simmons, Haley Simmons, Karlee Clark, Turner Clark; nieces, Michelle DeMent, Angie Colebar, Amy Crocker, Kari Docherty, Kelli Frerichs, Ashley Marlow; nephews, Chris Marlow, Matt Marlow; numerous other extended family members and friends.
