Marian "Mimi" Harvey, a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026, in Joshua, Texas. Born on July 26, 1939, in Lincoln, England, Mimi lived a full and meaningful life, leaving a legacy of love, warmth, and community.

Mimi was known for her joyful spirit and the deep connections she fostered throughout her life. Among her treasured memories was the monthly lunch she enjoyed with her British friends, a tradition that brought her great happiness and a sense of continuity with her roots. Her kindness and gentle nature endeared her to all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted sons, Duane Harvey and his spouse Patsy, and Craig Harvey and his spouse Kim. Mimi took great pride and joy in her grandchildren: Caitlin Harvey, Matthew Harvey, Brittany Bostick and spouse Alex, Ian Harvey and spouse Brandie, Kayela Salinas, Breanna Salinas and spouse Sarah, and Alexis Salinas. Her legacy extends to her great-grandchildren—Ronin Yzaguirre, Charles and Oliver Bostick, Paislie Harvey, Evie Harvey, Hayden Harvey, and Liv Salinas—who brought her immeasurable joy. Mimi was also loved by numerous nieces and nephews, and she held a special place in her heart for her dear friends Kathy Rector and Lori Davidson.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Charles D. Harvey; her parents, John and Eva Clark; and numerous brothers and sisters. Mimi’s passing was a moment shared with her family by her side, a testament to the strong bonds that defined her life.

Marian "Mimi" Harvey’s life story is one marked by dedication to family and friendship, and her memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know her. She will be deeply missed yet fondly remembered for her unwavering love and her gentle spirit.

Committal Service to be held at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later time.
