Marcia Brothers Brownlee of Cleburne, Texas and formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas went to meet her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2024, at the age of 66.
Marcia was born on September 3, 1959, in Marietta, Georgia and is the daughter of Sidney Brothers and Lynn Tatum Campbell. She was married to William Brownlee (34 years) of Corpus Christi, Texas. She had two sons, Nathan and Chance Brownlee.
Marcia was a Past Queen in the Daughters of the Nile and a dual member at Al Ansar No. 117 and the Rithmah Temple No. 93. Marcia was a Christian and enjoyed church and singing and fellowship with many in her community. She also loved to cook and was very good at it. She enjoyed Racing, sewing, home crafts, motorcycles, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with her dog, Trudy. Marcia was a sweet, loving, kind, most giving person in the world who loved her family and friends dearly.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Brownlee; son, Chance Brownlee; mother, Lynn Campbell; stepfather, Larry Campbell; father, Sidney A. Brothers; stepbrothers, Ricky Chandler and Buddy Chandler.
Marcia is survived by her son, Nathan Brownlee; stepmother, Betty Green Brothers; sisters, Jennifer Fancher, Ron, Jan Stanley, Barry; stepbrother, Terry Chandler; grandchildren, Baily, River and Blake Brownlee; niece, Tatum Roper and her husband Bobby; great niece, Avery Roper; great nephews, Nash and Barrett Roper.
