John was born on November 14, 1960 to Frank Mannan and Cleta Hill Mannan.
He served in the United States Air Force and was employed with Millwright.
John is preceded in death by his father, Frank Mannan; brother, Frank Jr., sister, Bonnie Forray; sister-in-laws, Donna Mannan, Tammy Mannan.
He is survived by his mother, Cleta Mannan; sisters, Juanita Pound (Michael), Jennie Eversole (Bruce), Joy Brown (Jerry); brothers, Joseph Mannan, Timothy Mannan; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
