William was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elsie Mann Sr.; sister, Linda Freeman; brother in laws, Jimmy Don Freeman and Howard LaRoy Easter.
Survivor: Son, Richard Paul Lammers and wife Kathy; sister, Glenda Kay Easter, nieces, Lisa Prescher and husband Jimmy, Kristie Menchaca and husband Gary; nephews, Robby Freeman and wife Beverly, Michael Easter and wife Marcy.
