Ms. Lucille S. Williams was born on January 3, 1936, in Pelican Desoto Parish, Louisiana to the parentage of Henry and Lizzie Scott.
She was amongst 5 other siblings, which four of her siblings preceded her in death. One sister is still with us today, Rosa Marie Scott.
Ms. Williams married Nathaniel Williams, Sr. on July 14, 1956, in Parker County, Texas. From the union, two boys were born, Nathaniel “Nate” Williams, Jr. and Anthony D. Williams.
Her education began with Louisiana Public Schools systems, and receiving then earned her GED from Green B. Trimble Technical High School in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was a member of two churches in Fort Worth, Texas, Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church and Fellowship Baptist Church.
Ms. Lucille worked as a Household Technician and later in life after retirement worked as a Grocery Store, Department Store, Demo personnel, until her hospitalization.
She was active in her church home community, Fellowship Baptist Church of Fort Worth, Texas. “Where a stranger meets a friend, and a sinner meets Christ. Also, The Hillside/ Morningside Neighborhood Association.
Ms. Lucille enjoyed playing dominoes/ bones.
