Lou Ann Stout

Lou Ann was born in Washington, Oklahoma, on August 24, 1961, to Peggy Ann Watkins and Charles LaVern Minor. Lou Ann married William Lawarence Stout on June 11, 1994, in Roanoke, Texas. Lou Ann loved to write, and she will be deeply missed.

Lou Ann is survived by her children, Shannon Fae Stout and Dylan Ray Stout; her sister, Debbie and Steve Carter, and her sister-in-law, Teresa Stout; her brothers, Darrell and Diane Minor, Tommy Dunn; her nieces and nephews, Samantha Minor, Jessica Dunn, Jennifer Bunkley, Jason Dunn, Benjamin Dunn, Corey Dunn, Stephen Carter, Charles Carter, Joshua Bunkley, and Ricky Hanna.
