Lisa Houston Lister, of Blum, Texas, formerly of Alvarado, Texas, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the age of 51.
Visitation: 10:00-11:00am Monday, June 13, 2022 at Boulevard Baptist Church, Burleson, Texas.
Funeral Service: 11:00am Monday, June 13, 2022 at Boulevard Baptist Church, Burleson, Texas.
Burial: Glenwood Cemetery, Alvarado, Texas.

Lisa was born on September 14, 1970 to Gary Houston and Deborah Littig Houston in Fort Worth, Texas.
After high school, Lisa continued her education at the Hill College Nursing Program and became a Registered Nurse. Lisa was always a caring and nurturing soul and this was reflected in the care that she would give her patients.
In her free time, Lisa loved the outdoors and traveling. She always enjoyed going camping in an new place or going for a hike to spend time in nature. She was also a collector of many things and she liked to do any and all types of arts and crafts. But more than anything, Lisa loved being a grandmother and spending time with her family. She was a doting mother, grandmother and wife and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Gary Lynn Houston; grandparents, Arnold Emerson Houston, Herman Littig and Shirley Littig.
She is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Randy Lister; daughters, Jannette Houston, Jessica John and husband Kurtis John, Jacquelynn Houston and fiancé Benjamin Schuffel, Brandi Lister and fiancé Luke Neal; sons, Bradley Blakeney and wife Kellee Blakeney, Charles Lister and wife Audi Lister; mother, Deborah Lee Houston; sister, Brandy Houston; brothers, William Houston and wife Traci Houston, Andrew Houston and wife Rachelle Houston; grandchildren, Aaron Houston, Aamber Houston, Audree Blakeney, Kashton Blakeney, Sawyer Blakeney, Madison John, Erin John, Terra John, Lane John, Nova John, Kurtis John Jr., Lincoln Scheffel, Randy Lister, Chloe Crowson, Cheyenne Crowson, Stetson Neal; nieces, Ally Smith, Lucy Houston, Sydney Houston, Meredith Houston, Tatum Houston; nephews, C.J. Smith, Cooper Houston; and numerous other extended family members and loving friends.
