Larry Dewight Staggs

Larry Dewight Staggs of Alvarado, Texas, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas.

He was born February 29, 1948, in Fayetteville, Tennesse to Eugene Staggs and Effie Sanders Staggs.

Larry married Judith Roesing and they became Mr. and Mrs. Staggs. He was a veteran of the Army and worked as an insurance salesman. You could often find him playing basketball, outside swimming, or talking politics.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Judith Roesing Staggs; and son, Alexander Staggs.

Larry is survived by his son, Jason Staggs; daughter, Laurie Conejo and her husband Raul Conejo Alvarez; sisters, Kathy Staggs, Robbie Yeager and husband Steve; brothers, Rick Staggs and wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Damond Conejo and wife Kelsey Wilson, Skylar Prather and husband Nate Shaw, Isabella Conejo, Liliana Conejo; great-grandchildren, Miley Wilson, Gage Shaw and Zayla JoAnn Conejo. And a special acknowledgement to his loving dogs, Minnie and CoCo.
