Her warm and embracing nature made everyone feel welcome and loved in her presence.
One of Kay's greatest loves was her dogs. These furry companions brought endless happiness into her life, offering unwavering loyalty and companionship. The bond between Kay and her four-legged friends was truly special and showcased the depth of her caring heart.
Throughout her life journey, Kay found immense fulfillment in being a devoted wife to her cherished love, Louie James Mitchell. Their relationship was built on a foundation of love, trust, and mutual respect. Together they faced life's challenges hand-in-hand, creating a haven of love within their home.
In addition to being a loving wife, Kay was also a wonderful mother. She leaves behind her adoring sons: Billy Reynolds, Doug Reynolds, and Curtis Reynolds. Her guidance and unwavering support were instrumental in shaping their lives. As a mother, she instilled in them the values of compassion, kindness, and the importance of family.
Kay will be met at heavens gates by her loving husband, Louie James Mitchell, her mother and father and many other cherished loved ones.
Kay's sister Connie Avina held a special place in her heart. They shared laughter-filled moments and created beautiful memories together. Their sisterly bond was unbreakable and brought them strength throughout their lives.
The legacy of Kay's love extends to her grandchildren: Tera Reynolds. With open arms and an open heart, she embraced the role of grandmother with unparalleled affection. She watched proudly as her grandchildren grew, offering them unwavering support and providing them with cherished memories.
Kay's great-grandchildren, Alex Bosquez, Steven Bosquez, and Andrew Bosquez, brought immense joy into her life. She loved witnessing the world anew through their eyes, cherishing every moment spent with them. Her love for them shone brightly and will forever remain in their hearts.
Kay's love was not limited to her immediate family. She had a deep affection for her nieces and nephews: Latasha, Avina and Veronica Guerrero, and many more. Her nurturing nature extended to these beloved individuals, and she leaves behind lasting impressions of love and care.
She was also deeply cherished by her many nieces and nephews: Sonny Stephens, Anthony Adams, and many more. Kay formed unbreakable bonds with these individuals, creating a network of love that enriched her life immeasurably.
Services to honor Kay's life will be held on December 8th and 9th, 2023. The visitation will take place on December 8th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield, Texas. A graveside service will follow on December 9th at 10:00 AM at Skyvue Memorial Gardens in Mansfield. These services will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to celebrate the beautiful life that Kay lived.
Kay Anne Mitchell will forever be cherished as a woman of great warmth, kindness, and unwavering love. Her legacy of love lives on through her family and friends who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her beautiful spirit.
