Katherin Adams, a beloved soul and passionate spirit, left this world on February 3, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on December 18, 1959, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her journey began. Katherin's vibrant life touched the hearts of many, and her legacy will forever resonate with those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Katherin lived a life full of love for her family, her faith, and her cherished dogs. Her unwavering devotion to her Lord and Savior guided her in everything she did, and her infectious joy was a beacon of hope for many. A loyal attendee of various churches, she embraced her faith wholeheartedly and encouraged others to do the same.
She found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life — spending time outdoors in the tranquility of the country, where each moment became a cherished memory. Beyond her connection to nature, Katherin had a gift for music. Her beautiful voice echoed the country sounds she adored. Those fortunate enough to hear her sing often remarked that she had a rare talent that reminded them of the legendary Loretta Lynn. She celebrated her love for music by winning several contests, sharing her passion with joy and pride.
Katherin leaves behind a loving family and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. She is survived by Michael Trautloff; sister, Pamela White; alongside her beloved niece, Tiffany White, and nephews, Blake White, Blayne White, and Ryan Grulich. Her warmth and kindness resonated beyond family, as she nurtured lasting friendships with special individuals who enriched her life: Suzy, Cordell, Lisa, Sheree, Jenny, and Mr. Keeton.
Katherin’s journey was not without its hardships; she faced the profound loss of her son, Joe Ray Rasmussin, and her cherished sisters, Debra Hayes and Patricia Patterson, who preceded her in death. Their memories will forever linger in the hearts of those who loved them.
A graveside service to honor the life and legacy of Katherin Adams will be held on February 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at Skyvue Memorial Gardens, located at 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063.
