James Ezebell Murphy Jr.

James Ezebell Murphy Jr., of Arlington, Texas, has gone to be with the Lord on June 29, 2024, at the age of 88.

James was born in Jackson, Tennessee, on September 25, 1935, to Lena Lucille Foutch and James Ezebell Murphy Sr. He married Geraldine Robertson on November 25, 1954, in Corinth, Mississippi. He was a retired Teamster Truck Driver, and proudly served in the US Navy. He was a member of Lake Church in Arlington, and loved flying airplanes, especially Cessnas. James was a devout Christian man of Faith.

James is preceded in death by his parents, Lena and James.

James is survived by his loving wife of almost seventy years, Geri Murphy; his sons, Stephan Erik Murphy, and James T. Murphy Sr.; his daughter-in-law, Mashelle Murphy; his grandchildren, Brooke, Garrett, Blaine, and James T. Jr.; his great-grandson, Bentley Murphy.
