James Otis James Jr., went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Inurnment: 11 am Friday, November 22, 2024 at Skyvue Memorial Gardens.

James Otis Jones Jr. was born on April 16, 1964 to Jim Otis Jones and Shirley Lennox in Dallas Texas. James graduated from Polytechnic Senior High School and passion was the culinary arts, which lead him to a career as a Chef and Assistant Manager as a short order cook from 2004 to 2024.  The family would like to give a special acknowledgement to H3 Ranch for recognizing his culinary expertise and managerial skills in their renowned cookbook. 

Survivors: mother, Shirley Larkin; sister, Cassandra Cooper; niece, Caresse Okafor; nephew, Gevance Owens; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family and his community of friends including those from Cobb Park who loved him.
