Jack Sandlin

Jack Sandlin of Keene, Texas laid his hard-working hands to rest on October 24, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Jack was born in Dallas, Texas on January 15, 1952. He earned his Masters Degree in Literature. Jack served our country as a United States Marine for two years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, spending time with his family and his best dog Butch.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Nugent and his best friends, Troy Slaydon.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Jeanie Sandlin; daughters, Rhoda Sandlin and her spouse Ricky Owens, Windi Teubner; son, Teddy Sandlin Jr.; sister, Lauressa Uribe and spouse Martin Uribe; grandchildren, Kadenza Sandlin, Lexus Hanks, Michael Hanks, Lilly Owens, Ricky Owens Jr., Haven Derryberry and numerous more; nieces, Brandy Chrisman, Summer, Sierra and Savanna Uribe and more; nephews, Martin Uribe Jr., Josh Nugent and numerous other loving family and friends.
