Val is preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Glenda Heavin; Mawmaw Gertrude Price.
Survivors: Wife, Donna Heavin; daughters, Krista and Riki Heavin; sister, Terri Heavin Kennedy; grandson, Cash Heavin; other family include, Brandon Kennedy, Lori Heavin Gonzales and many other extended family members and friends.
