Elender was preceded in death by her parents John and Bessie Oliver Sr.; siblings, Thomas Oliver, Sammy Oliver, Marvin Oliver, Francis Oliver, Roy Oliver and Nelda Benton; great-grand child, Jackson Jones.
Survivors: Husband, Hubert Hall; children, Terry Hall and wife Lari, James Hall and wife Michelle, Mark Hall and wife Cindy; sisters, Joy and Patricia; brothers, Donald Oliver, Ronald Oliver and John Oliver Jr.; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
