Elizabeth Ann Stanford Green “Beth” – Grand Prairie, Texas
Elizabeth Ann Stanford Green “Beth” went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 23, 2021, in Mansfield, Texas. Beth was born March 20, 1939 in Jefferson, Texas to Tom Woodrow Stanford (Dandy) and Martha Elizabeth Brown Stanford (Hello Dolly). Beth was the first of eight children. She graduated from Grand Prairie High School and went on to study at Draughan’s Business School. She married Orval Dean Green December 5, 1970 at Inglewood Baptist Church in Grand Prairie. Beth retired from Overnight after 13 years and went on to start her Sand Art business. She was a member of Matthew Road Baptist Church. Beth was an avid reader, enjoyed her Sand Art business, but her favorite thing to do was spend time talking and laughing with her family. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grand- children and the last few years her great-grand sons.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dean; mother Dolly, and father Tom; sisters, Tommie Jean Herring, Annes Elaine Yeaman; brothers, James Randall Stanford, Tom Roland Stanford and W.T. "Dub" Stanford.
Survivors: Daughters, Wendy Weber Jones and Debbie Green; sons, Randy Weber, Jimmy Green and wife Linda, Alan Green and wife BJ; sister, Mary-Nell Skrivanek; brother, Johnny Stanford and wife Sharon; grandchildren, Kodee Crook and husband Jeremy, Heather Patrick and husband Derek, Michael Green, Timothy Green, Ricky Owen, Dixie Owen, Chasity Earley, Donovan Green, Josh Green and fiancé Anna Emmons, Kaden Green and fiancé Taylor Baldwin; great-grandchildren, Carson Crook, Haley Crook, Bennett Patrick, Andre Jackson, Josephine Jackson, Alana Phillips, Kaleb Green; nieces, Alisa Clark, Brenda Mayfield, Darlene Jeffreys, Ann Szempruch, Stephanie Wilburn, Chimene Williams, Trisha Stanford and Korinda Jo Gunter; nephews, Charles "Dinky" Nelson, Philip Stanford, Benn Stanford and Grant Stanford and their respective spouses along with many, many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
