Glenda Ann Duddington

Glenda Ann Duddington, a cherished member of her family and community, passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 59. Born on December 21, 1966, in Fort Worth, Texas, Glenda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was marked by her unwavering love for her family and passion for life.

Glenda leaves to mourn her beloved husband, Robert Duddington, and their two sons, Dustin Duddington and his wife Amber, and Dalton Duddington and his wife Amanda. She was a proud grandmother to Adalynn, Kamryn, and Josie Duddington, who brought her immense joy and laughter. Glenda is also survived by her father, Glenn Slack, and her siblings—sisters Kim Harvey and her husband Craig, Stacy Slack, and brothers Glenn "Bubba" Slack and his wife Denice.

Her family extended to include nieces Heather, Brianna, Kayla, Alexis, and Maritza; nephews Casey, Salvador, and Zak; as well as Aunt Judy, Aunt Dorothy Ann, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Each of these relationships enriched Glenda's life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

In her free time, Glenda found pleasure in crafting, baking, traveling, and most importantly, spending quality time with her grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished by generations. Her creativity and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.

Glenda is preceded in death by her mother, Clara Turpin, and her grandparents, Dorothy Cox and Paul Cox, Floyd Turpin Sr., as well as Melford Slack and Pauline Slack. 

Visitation will be held at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield, Texas, on January 21, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on January 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM, concluding at 3:00 PM.

Glenda Ann Duddington will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, loving nature, and the indelible mark she left on everyone she met. Her family and friends are heartened to carry forward her legacy of love, dedication, and joy in their lives.
