Visitation Service: 6pm-8pm Thursday July 29, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Funeral Service: 10am -11am viewing with an 11am chapel service Friday July 30, 2021 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel to follow.
Carter is preceded in death by his parents, Carter Bishop Gandy Sr. and Geneva Gandy; grandparents Julius and Corena Gandy; grandparents, Jack and Ethel Woods. Uncles, Harvey Gandy, Kenneth Gandy; Clifton Gandy, Tex Woods; Aunts, Billy Ruth, Folyce Woods Gandy and Bernice Woods.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Ann Gandy; sons, Curtiss Gandy, David Gandy; daughters, Tammy Gandy, Jaylyn Rose Marie Gandy; daughter in laws, Kendal Gandy, Michelle (Shosy) Barton; brothers Buster and Delores Gandy; sisters Kathy and husband Chuck Sheffield, Joyce and husband Ronnie Essig, Janet and husband Terry Poore; grandchildren, Justin Gandy, Barbara Jean Gandy, Sasha Gandy; 11 great grandchildren and many more loved family and friends.
