Christina was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX to loving parents Juana and Rudy, along with her two younger brothers Clyde and Charlie. She met her husband Henry when she was young, and he won her affections by dropkicking his rivals away. Soon they got married and started a loving and tight-knit family. They had five wonderful children Yolanda (Yoli), Crystal, Henry (Bigman), Christopher (Lilman), Adam. In her world, her kids came before everything else. She was so proud of them. She was a mother at heart and cared for everyone no matter the circumstances. There was always laughter in her home and everyone was welcome anytime. She was a strong and proud woman who stood for her beliefs. She was never selfish and always kind. Heart of gold and a loving nature. These are the memories you left behind. A silent thought, a quiet prayer. You are our special person, now in God's care.
She is preceded in death by her mother Juanita Retiz; uncle Domingo Alvarado Jr.; brother, Charlie Retiz; cousin, Amanda Alvarado.
Christina is survived by her loving husband Henry Flores; sons, Henry Flores III, Christopher Flores, Adam Flores; daughters, Yolanda Retiz and son in law Edward; Crystal Galvez and son in law Alonso; brother in law Mike and Mario Flores; brother, Clyde Retiz; sister, Sandra Scott, Dolores Santos; uncles, Michael and Julio Alvarado; sister in law, Jessica Retiz, Julie and Lucinda Flores, father, Rudy Retiz; grandchildren, Allie, Zoey, Aaliyah and many more loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
