Funeral: 3 pm Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral home with visitation to start at 2 pm.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Roland Eugene Flood and Betty Joan Roberts; brother, Roland Dewayne Flood; ex wife, Juanita Flood.
Daughter, Katelyn Manry and husband Brett; sons, Scott Flood and Jeff Flood; sister, Lorretta Evans and husband Marty; brothers, Tommy Flood and wife Julie, Joe Flood and Gary Flood and wife Sheri; grandchildren, Ethan Scott Flood, Colton Manry and Brayton Manry; nieces, Amy McCullough, Leslie Wilson, Michelle Kurkendall and Jenifer Buckingham; nephews, Bobby Jo Flood and Cliff Flood.
